Anyway, enough about that, I guess you navigated to this page to learn more about me, the author of this blog. Well, my name is Michael D. I previously worked as a Technical Support Specialist for a few Call Centers over the years. But now I work from home, helping people using my tech blogs.

I have done a lot in my life, such as working in a Call Center, Factory, Retail, As Software Developer, Trainer, Team Leader and as Innovation Specialist. I have always loved helping people, eventually I discovered the power of the internet, and realized I could help more people by blogging online. Thus, I quit my day job, and started up a few successful tech blogs.

I started my tech blogs, because I started to hate my day job. Why? Because I found myself working for company that only cared about itself, not its employers or customers. This company, that will remain nameless, was happy to be mediocre. Whilst I was an Innovation Specialist I tried to significantly improve business performance, however the key stakeholders never budged on being mediocre, and we, the staff and customers suffered for it.

Anyway, enough bleak and dreary talk about hopeless companies. I personally enjoy travelling, solving computer problems, blogging on my websites, hanging out with mates, friends and family. Not counting my Girlfriend, my two biggest passions in life are, improving the world, and helping people. I am so passionate about positive change, that I even aspire to be Prime Minister of Australia, someday.

I also love big steak dinners with a fine bottle of wine, now that is heaven.
